To better serve you, prioritizing your well-being and safety, and at the same time, the preservation of the Inn’s facilities, we kindly ask you to observe our internal regulations and the policies of Venere Bed and Breakfast:
Check-in time: 2 PM.
Check-out time: 12 PM.
To provide our guests with a great stay, we ask for maximum silence from 10 PM to 8 AM, respecting the right to rest of other guests. We also kindly ask that conversation be conducted in a soft tone throughout the Venere Bed and Breakfast, including inside the rooms and hallways, at all times.

BARBECUE AREA: USE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and a cleaning fee of R$100.
SWIMMING POOL: Restricted use from 10 am to 9 pm. Children under 10 years old may only enter accompanied.
Sauna: Access by appointment from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Cost R$40.00 per person.
CLEANING:
Bed linens will be changed for the first time 72 hours after your arrival, i.e., on the 3rd day, and then every 2 days. Bath towels will be changed every 2 (two) days, unless you want a daily change (extra fee of R$5.00 per towel per day – please inform the person in charge).
Other Information:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and bathrooms or in common areas for guests.
Room cleaning will be done from 8 am to 5 pm.
If you want the room cleaned, please use a sign.
In case of accidents with bodily fluids, clean the excess and hand it over for replacement. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas; a fine of 100% of the daily rate will be applied.
No external visitors allowed. The Inn does not guarantee accommodation beyond the reserved period; please check availability. Guests will be allowed to retrieve their belongings by the Manager if they are not at the hotel.
Cancellation of the stay after check-in, as well as early departure, especially due to weather changes or any other reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, reimbursement in cash, or credit for future stays, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.
Extra towels and pillows will be charged at a rate of R$5.00 per unit.

When leaving the room, check that the lights are off, the TV and AIR CONDITIONING are off, and the taps are closed in order to avoid risky situations and waste.
The objects, furniture, linens, and utensils belonging to Venere Bed and Breakfast are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being; any damage, destruction, or loss will be charged according to the price list below (Please wait, as the room will be checked upon departure).
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
For any problems, questions, or requests, please contact the person in charge of Venere Bed and Breakfast.
In the event of non-compliance with the rules and conditions of accommodation that cause material or immaterial damage to the Inn, employees, and third parties, the guest will be jointly liable with their companions. Thus, charges will be debited from your account as compensation at market replacement prices or in accordance with Article 186 of the Brazilian Civil Code. Venere Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to interrupt the guest’s stay if they do not follow these rules, or if their conduct disturbs the peace or security of other guests.

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms; please use the living room instead. Visits to the rooms are only allowed with authorization and payment of an extra fee of R$50.00 per person.
It is not permitted to remove Venere Bed and Breakfast items for personal use by the guest (towels, glasses, etc.).
The voltage of the electrical outlets in the rooms is 220 volts, except for exceptions indicated on the outlets.
No pets are allowed in the rooms or other areas of Venere Bed and Breakfast.
